Avtondil Suluguni cheese "Makharashvili"

Suluguni is a Georgian brine cheese without crust. It is white in color, with a dense, homogeneous, elastic, slightly layered structure, a pleasant sour-milk pure, brackish taste. Traditional suluguni cheese is made from cow's milk.
